asphalt emulsion and cutbacks in Jamaica,
supplying the petroleum marketing companies
Petcom and Shell with both products.
Asphalt Emulsions is the sole local manufacturer of
cationic emulsions, providing more than a million
gallons of CRS 2-HP for the National Road
Improvement Program, as well as tack and prime
coat materials.
